Health Care

The first contribution to the development of healthcare was made in December 2016.
Wondernet Express acquired for the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan two fully equipped and custom-built MERCEDES-BENZ SPRINTER reanomibiles.
The cars allow supporting patients even in hard health conditions in the shortest possible time ensuring the highest level of reliability and safety.

In 2017, Wondernet Express acquired and donated for the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Surgery Center named after Academician V. Vakhidov (Tashkent, Uzbekistan) an intravascular ultrasound system (IVUS) manufactured by Ilumien Optis components manufactured by St. Jude Medical Inc (USA).

The ILUMIEN OPTIS optimization system provides doctors and surgeons with important information about the procedure for making interventional treatment more effective and accurate.

Wondernet Express donated an Aquilion ONE/GENESIS CT scanner to the Republican Specialized Center of Surgery named after academician V.Vakhidov

Aquilion ONE/GENESIS purchased from the European division of Toshiba Medical Systems Corporation is the first dynamic volume computed tomography system. It allows to speed up the diagnosis and makes it more reliable. Similar tomography systems are available only in some leading clinics in the world.

In 2020, WondernetExpress purchased a new Hyundai Grand Starex ambulance car for the Research Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion. The vehicle is fully equipped with modern medical equipment to provide emergency care.

Wondernet Express donated more than 2000 protective coveralls to the medical staff of the Adjara region, Georgia.

In April, 2020 Wondernet Express in cooperation with the Embassy of Georgia in Uzbekistan organized transportation of medical gauze to Georgia. The vital cargo for sewing medical masks was delivered by four trucks with total weight of 70 tonnes. We believe that this kind of charity projects contribute to the fight against Covid-19.

Sport

The first European Golden Pawn ceremony.

European Chess Union Board has decided to establish the annual award ceremony. First-year of the award was dedicated to European legends and their achievements. The inauguration event of the European Golden Pawn Award Ceremony took place on 30th November 2019 in the historical Hotel de Paris in Monte Carlo. The sponsor of the event was Georgian Industrial Holding AiGroup with the support of Wondernet Express Georgia.

Culture

In October 2019 was held a charity concert of Vakhtang Kikabidze in Tashkent. The event was dedicated to his 80th anniversary. The famous singer conquered the audience of Uzbekistan with his sincerity and warmth, he performed all his popular songs.

The proceeds from the charity concert were used for purchasing the necessary medicines for patients of the Children's hematological department of the Research Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion.

Later, the People's Artist of Georgia met with the patients of the Children`s department in the Tashkent Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion. Children received memorable gifts from the Vakhtang Kikabidze.

In 2018, the one of the most famous musician and composer Vanessa May, performed a charity concert organized with the general sponsorship of Wondernet Express in Tashkent. Vanessa-Mae Vanakorn Nicholson, known professionally as Vanessa Mae, is a British violinist. Her music style is self-described as "violin techno-acoustic fusion"

The violinist performed in Tashkent together with the Youth Symphony Orchestra of Uzbekistan under the direction of Honored artist of Uzbekistan Kamoliddin Urinbayev. The main purpose of the charity concert was the supporting of the talented young people of Uzbekistan.
